Based in the beautiful South Hams, we currently manage a mixed portfolio of purpose-built residential apartments, exclusive private estates as well as listed and historic buildings. Our team strive to ensure we provide good communication which builds strong working relationships.


When working with us, our priority is to ensure the buildings are well maintained and running efficiently. Our duties include –

  • Collecting Service charges & ground rent.
  • Producing electronic spreadsheets and budgets.
  • Facilitating insurance requirements.
  • Appointing staff and producing specifications.
  • Arranging major works.
  • Administrating Section 20 Notification.

We can obtain competitive rates of Buildings, Directors & Officers and Engineering insurance from our preferred insurance brokers without sacrificing the cover offered. We ensure our clients are protected and aware of each parties’ responsibilities. We are also able to efficiently handle dealing with insurance claims to ensure the matter is dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible, minimising disruption caused.

Company Secretarial Service

Many of our developments as part of their constitution require a company secretary which we are happy to act as on the company’s behalf.
