Our aim is to make setting up the company or day to day running of a scheme as hassle free as possible. In the initial stages of our management, we will require a comprehensive list of information from the client to ensure the needs and requirements of your development can be met. Once obtained, we ensure this information is kept safe, and only used to meet the obligations of the company.

Communication with our clients is crucial and ensures complete transparency leading to a strong working relationship. As your managing agent we have various ways to keep you up to date with the property. We ensure detailed reports are carried out and made available on a set basis, especially vital for Board and AGM’s.


Unfortunately, there are times when problems occur outside of normal working hours and you need to contact us straight away. We offer an out of hours emergency service which gives you the peace of mind knowing if an issue does arise there is someone available to help resolve it.

Visiting your property or development

Our office, based in Kingsbridge, is based centrally to many of our developments. This allows us to provide a reliable service where we ensure that your building is visited on a weekly/fortnightly basis and looked after effectively and professionally.
