A development of two blocks of 11 prestigious two & three bedroom apartments offering scenic views of the Kingsbridge Estuary. This development came with its own individual set of problems and required the practical knowledge of building/construction & financial control. We were able to advise & guide the Directors to overcome the inherited building issues & give residents peace of mind.
